Intex has launched a 4G enabled smartphone with Sailfish OS 2.0, called the Aqua Fish. The smartphone is priced at Rs 5,499, and is available in orange color. At the MWC earlier this year, Intex unveiled a Sailfish OS 2.0 based smartphone, the Aqua Fish. The company had then revealed it will be launching the smartphone in India ‘within a few months’. Now, Intex has officially announced the launch of the Aqua Fish in India. Priced at Rs 5,499, the smartphone will be available via ebay.com. It will soon be available through Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon in the coming weeks. Interestingly, it took about one year for Intex to commercially launch the Sailfish OS based smartphone after announcing a partnership with Jolla in July 2015.
